Vision

A positive influence a father plays in his child’s life, and seeks to be the platform for inspiring, motivating and encouraging fathers to be this role model.   

Mission

Create awareness, plan outreach programs, facilitate bonding activities between father & child, as provide a support platform for fathers.

Values

Integrity, Trust and Collaboration.

Integrity - quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, and Fathers@ATS embodies this in order to create trust in the Vision of the group as well as the moral influence of Fathers on their children;

Trust - basis of all bonds and relationships is built upon the principles of trust, and the network and  platform we strive to build through Fathers@ATS requires trust within its membership, as well as the creation of trust between Father and child;

Collaboration - collaboration is key between all stakeholders of Fathers@ATS, from the school with the group, to the collaboration within the members of Fathers@ATS, in order to work together to achieve the goals of this group.
