The objectives of the Chief Commissioner’s Award are to assess the Brownie's knowledge of Girl Guiding History of Singapore, knowledge of the multi-racial and diverse cultures in Singapore and organisational and leadership skills.

The highest award in this section is the Akela Award, where a Cub Scout must hold the Gold Arrow and pass specific proficiency badges, show general knowledge of scouting and successfully complete an interview with the Area Commissioner.
